Services for tenants

KAILA Properties has developed an excellent reputation for being there for our tenants and landlords whenever they need us. We pride ourselves on maintaining strong communication with all of our tenants and firmly believe that they should be able to contact us whenever required, no matter what the issue.

All tenants are given ample information regarding our properties, and we are able to carry out viewings at a time that suits them best. We keep in regular contact with our tenants to ensure that everyone is happy. Most of our tenants quite often decide to relocate to other properties of ours if necessary (e.g. upsizing, different area, etc.). The majority of our tenants have been with us for a number of years and wish to carry on doing so for the foreseeable future.

Any issues or concerns that tenants may have are easily shared with us, which allows us to then make the most suitable arrangements required.
